Feedback

The Company has the Human Resources department actively managing the accessibility plan. At this time, no external reports or feedback have been provided to our team. The following progress reports have been identified by internal parties and suggestions from employees.

Where feedback is received, the Human Resources department will review and provide a plan and progressive solution to accommodate for persons with disabilities. An anonymous survey was sent to all employees to provide insight on where progress could be made pertaining to their roles and the facilities.

The Company has concluded that certain barriers need to be addressed based on the priority of posed safety risks; challenges encountered – such as those of logistical or budgetary nature, where more time was required to remove certain barriers; and the discovery of new barriers.
